REGISTRATION:
Upon visiting our hospital for the first time, patients are required to register themselves. Upon registration, they will be issued an OP ID card with a unique Registration Number.
OP DEPARTMENT:
- Out-Patient Medical records are updated in the system with every visit.
- The Diabetic Out-Patient Department is fully computerized.
- Services of a Dietician are available during normal working hours.
- Geriatric Out-Patient Department: Specially designed for elders, offering a relaxing ambience. Senior citizens are provided with a special Silver Jubilee ID card carrying certain concessions.
IN-PATIENT DEPARTMENT:
- ICU & IMCU facilities are available for emergency cases.
- Various accommodation options including AC, Non-AC Rooms, General Wards, Pediatric Ward, ICU, IMCU, Surgical Theatres, Maternity Ward, and Neonatal Ward.
- Fully computerized and modernized Laboratory services, along with facilities for Ultrasound, Dialysis (Haemo / Peritoneal), Phototherapy / Warmer, X-ray, and Physiotherapy.

PAYMENTS:
Initial deposit is collected at the time of admission, depending on the room type and treatment nature. For billing inquiries, patients may contact the “In-Patient billing” section. Payments should be made only to the IP-Billing department. Patients availing cashless facility must submit the approved Health Insurance Card to the TPA Section during admission.
